Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of DastApp ("the service"). By registering an account or using the service, you're agreeing to them. See also our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle data.

What DastApp is

DastApp is a business management system (sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, HR & payroll, projects, and reporting) that a business (a "tenant") registers for and uses to run its own operations. Each tenant's data is kept isolated from every other tenant.

Your account

  • You need to give accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • If you register on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so, and "you" in these terms means that company as well as you personally.

Your data

The business data you enter — employee records, payroll figures, sales, financial transactions, and everything else you put into the system — is yours. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, not an owner of it. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including anything that feeds into statutory calculations such as payroll tax — DastApp helps you calculate and organize this, but the underlying rates and rules you configure are your responsibility to keep correct for your situation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal, or to store or process data you don't have the right to.
  • Try to access another tenant's data, probe the system's security, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Fees and payment

The Starter plan is free, within the limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you choose; you can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal we provide. We'll tell you before any pricing change that affects an active subscription.

Availability

We work to keep DastApp available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless we've separately agreed to one with you in writing. We'll do our best to give notice ahead of planned maintenance that could cause downtime.

Termination

You can stop using DastApp and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the service, or has significant unpaid fees outstanding, and we'll try to give reasonable notice first except where the misuse itself requires immediate action. On termination, you can request an export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

DastApp is provided as a tool to help run your business operations — it doesn't replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice, and we're not liable for decisions made based on reports or figures the system generates from data you entered. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change materially affects you, try to let you know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
